Web copy for a data centre business

01 — Project details

The client felt their website didn't adequately represent what their business offers. They wanted to update the site content to reflect their full range of services they offer in the data centre management sphere, with the goal of increasing organic website traffic and high-quality leads.

02 — Creative process

I worked with the client over a series of calls to understand the ins and outs of their business and customers, and plan the content strategy around these.

03 — Copywriting

I then wrote copy for 10 new pages, and re-wrote 8 pages. The challenge was to cut through the technical jargon and communicate their USPs - reliability, expertise, and highly personalised service.

I just wanted to say thank you for your work on the website to get all the copy completed.  It all looks really good and is a real improvement from where we were - we're very pleased with the final result.
